RF Test Technician: Entry to Intermediate level positions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.      Perform tests using vector network analyzers, thermal chambers, anechoic chamber, and PIM chambers.

2.      Troubleshoot test setups

3.      Record and analyze test data, and generate test reports

4.      Assist with generation of Test Plans and Procedures to test feeds

 

Requirements:

1.      Minimum Education – Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent

2.      Candidate must be detail oriented and be able to work in fast paced, dynamic environment

3.      Candidate must be able to follow written instructions

4.      US citizenship or Green Card

 

Preferred Skills:

1.      Work experience in similar field

2.      Experience with test equipment such as network analyzers and, spectrum analyzers

3.      Electromagnetic background

4.      Mechanical aptitude

5.      Experience with MS Excel & Word

Mechanical Drafter: Entry to intermediate level position.

Responsibilities include:

1.      Create and/or modify 3D CAD using SolidWorks

2.      Create manufacturing drawings

3.      Create manufacturing flows

4.      Incorporate changes from approved change notices

 

Requirements

1.      Applicant must have at least an Associate's degree from an accredited technical program or equivalent, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent level of work experience combined with applicable education

2.      Applicant must be detail oriented, able to work in fast paced, dynamic  environment

3.      US citizenship or Green Card

 

Preferred Skills:

1.      Good communications skills, both written and oral

2.      Experience working in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment

3.      Experience with ASME Y14.5 Engineering Drawing Practices and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

Junior Project manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.      Supporting Sales & Marketing for Proposals

2.      Contract Review

3.      Project Planning, Review, Control & Close-out

 

Requirements

1.      Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams that include Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality and Test personnel to develop high reliability products

2.      Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.

3.      Solid understanding of engineering technical issues and needs as related to product design and development.

4.      A minimum 5 years engineering experience with at least 2 years in project management

5.      A minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

6.      US citizenship or Green Card

 

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in Aerospace Industry

2.      Familiarity with Antenna Feeds and Microwave components

3.      Experience in a manufacturing environment

4.      Experience with AS9100 quality system and Lean processes
